Job Description
The Material Processor Lead is responsible for working with Supervisors to train and develop the team, monitoring production performance, and ensuring production and quality controls are met. This is an onsite role in Irving, TX with a schedule of Monday - Thursday, 5:30PM-4:00AM.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 year of previous light manufacturing experience or 1 year of previous Inspector experience
- Proficient in manual processing and receiving, consistently meeting UPH expectations
- Strong team player who will thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
