Sr Accountant

The Senior Accountant performs accounting duties to provide accurate and timely financial statements to enable senior and product line management to make appropriate business decisions and achieve departmental goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting
• Minimum of 5 years of general accounting experience
• Strong Technical Accounting Expertise: Deep understanding of GAAP and Statutory accounting principles with the ability to apply them accurately in complex scenarios.
• Technology-Driven Mindset: Proactively leverages financial systems, automation tools, and data analytics platforms to streamline processes and enhance reporting efficiency.
• Analytical & Investigative Strength: Demonstrates sharp analytical thinking and problem-solving skills; able to research and resolve discrepancies with precision and sound judgment.
• Effective Communication: Communicates clearly and professionally—both verbally and in writing—with internal teams and external clients; able to translate financial data into actionable insights.
• Organizational Agility: Manages multiple priorities with strong attention to detail and deadlines; maintains structure and clarity in a fast-paced environment.
