Job Description
Cybersecurity Engineer (GRC Manager) responsible for GRC leadership, security plan governance, ICT audit and evidence management, security policy ownership, and security education and training.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in Cybersecurity, preferably in a regulated or public-sector environment.
- Strong understanding of ICT governance and security controls across applications, infrastructure, and SaaS.
- Practical experience with enterprise issue-tracking and collaboration platforms.
- Strong policy writing skills.
- Experience in security awareness and training.
- Comfortable working with automation and AI-enabled tools.
- Excellent stakeholder management, influencing, and negotiation skills.
