Senior Cloud Infrastructure Engineer (SRE)

Assurity Trusted Solutions is seeking a Senior Cloud Infrastructure Engineer (SRE) to join their Digital Resiliency Engineering (DRE) team. This role focuses on building and operating large-scale distributed systems, focusing on reliability, performance, and customer needs. The SRE will be part of a rotational team, providing rapid response to major incidents and leading development of automated solutions. The company combines software and systems engineering with government operations.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in technology operations as an Infrastructure Engineer or Site Reliability Engineer
• Expertise in building and operating automated monitoring and incident detection systems
• Expertise in designing automation solutions
• Experience leading highly complex technical projects
• Knowledgeable in working within an Agile development environment
• Proficiency in building and managing highly available and scalable IT infrastructure
• Proficiency in Python, PowerShell, or Ruby
• Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as SaltStack, Puppet, Terraform, or Ansible
