AST is looking for a Director of Project Management to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of all projects across the organization. The Director will lead a team of project managers and project controls professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance management. The role requires a strong background in project controls, cost management, risk management, and team leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or related field (Master’s degree preferred)
• PMP or similar project management certification strongly preferred
• 10+ years of progressive experience in project management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
• Proven experience in managing project controls teams and functions
• Strong background in cost control, scheduling, and risk management
• Experience in engineering, manufacturing, or large capital projects preferred
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
• Must be willing to take and successfully pass a drug test
