Bilingual Care Manager

Astor Services is a leading provider of behavioral and mental health services. The Care Manager will provide supportive services to an average caseload of 30 children who meet eligibility of NYS Children’s Health Home program.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Experience with Care Management Programs
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) Speaking
