Job Description
Astor Services is hiring Preschool Teacher Assistants today, offering a Monday-Friday schedule with summers off. This position involves assisting children in a classroom setting, including support for instruction, supervision, assessments, and home visits. They are a federally funded preschool program focused on early learning, health, and family well-being.
Requirements
- Experience with the population served is preferred.
- Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
- Understand and incorporate play-based learning principles.
- Demonstrate effective classroom management
- Ability to work as a team member
