Job Description
The Network Operations Engineer I is responsible for managing and troubleshooting Network Production environments. The role involves working with multiple vendors, software, and hardware to resolve issues and participate in 24/7 support with other teams across the globe.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (B.S/B.A) from four-college or university and 2+ years’ related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Builds productive internal and external working relationships
- Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action
- Understanding of network and traffic peering
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to work with service providers, colocation facilities, and ISPs around the world
