Associate, Software Engineer

We are looking for a motivated Software Engineer to join our team to design, develop, and deploy software solutions, including AI-powered tools and systems. The successful candidate will collaborate with product managers and business stakeholders to define and refine technical requirements.

Requirements

• BS/BA/MS degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience.
• 6 months of internship or work experience in backend or full-stack development.
• Proficient in at least one modern programming language (e.g., Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, or Go).
• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working with APIs, backend systems, and data.
• Familiarity with algorithms and data structures.
• A clear communicator who works well in cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of relational (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) or non-relational databases (e.g., MongoDB, DynamoDB).
• Experience with AWS (e.g., Lambda, SQS, SNS, API Gateway) is a plus.
• Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., GitHub Actions, Bitbucket Pipelines) is a plus.
