Production Planner

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Production Planner to join our Filter Business Unit. As a key member of our production and test facility, you will support the manufacturing of a diverse range of RF (Radio Frequency) and EMI (Electromagnetic Interference) filters. Our products serve critical applications in the semiconductor, medical, and aerospace industries.

Requirements

• Coordinate and schedule production activities to ensure timely delivery of RF and EMI filter products.
• Collaborate with production, quality, and engineering teams to optimize workflow and resolve scheduling conflicts.
• Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods; initiate procurement actions as necessary.
• Prepare and maintain production schedules, work orders, and documentation in accordance with facility standards.
• Analyze production data and generate reports to track progress, identify bottlenecks, and recommend improvements.
• Assist in forecasting demand based on customer orders and historical trends.
• Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to support on-time delivery and high-quality output.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives for production planning and supply chain processes.
