Job Description
AstroLabs is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive strategic growth for their private office offerings in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will lead the full sales cycle, build strong partnerships, and generate new business opportunities to ensure the success of their KAFD private office hub.
Requirements
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience in Saudi Arabia
- Proven track record in enterprise sales and closing deals with measurable results
- Strong network in Riyadh
- Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken)
- Strong ability to build pipelines through cold outreach, referrals, and partnerships
- Event activation or business development experience through networking and hosted events
- Highly organized, KPI-driven, and resilient
