Construction Manager

AstroLabs is expanding its coworking footprint in Riyadh with a new space in the heart of KAFD. As the Construction Manager, you will lead the end-to-end execution of this 8–10 month fit-out project, overseeing contractors, managing timelines and budgets, and ensuring full compliance with KAFD’s construction regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of experience managing construction projects within commercial or coworking space environments.
• Arabic and English speaker.
• Proven track record of delivering fit-out projects on time, within budget, and to a high standard.
• Understanding of construction processes, materials, and building systems inside out.
• Knowledge of local building codes, safety protocols, and KSA-specific construction regulations.
• Effective communication skills to manage contractors on-site and report clearly to executive stakeholders.
