Job Description
Astrome Technologies is seeking a highly motivated Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead their financial operations and drive the company's success. This role involves strategic financial leadership, fund utilization, and maintaining financial health. The CFO will be responsible for financial planning, budgeting, fundraising, and compliance.
Requirements
- Chartered Accountant (CA) from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI)
- Minimum 15 years of relevant experience as a CFO or in a senior finance role
- Strong understanding of Indian GAAP and relevant accounting standards
- Proven experience in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other financial software
