TLC Operator

Accurately process and handle various types of transactions and products, including original equipment devices, customer returns, and trade-ins. Inspect handsets, unload and presort product, and maintain inventory accuracy.

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED
• Computer literate, including ability to enter data using a keyboard
• Detail orientation, ability to follow work instructions and guidelines
• Maintain productivity and quality standards set by leadership
• Must be receptive to feedback on performance issues
• Posses problem solving skills, participate in process improvement initiatives
