Job Description
Our Store Leaders are vital stakeholders in our business, responsible for leading their team to achieve store goals, coaching and motivating team members, and ensuring a positive customer experience. They will also be responsible for maintaining store operations, including inventory management and adhering to Asurion’s values.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
- 1+ years of leadership experience, including coaching and training
- 2+ years of customer service experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
