Visual Designer

As a Visual Designer, you will be responsible for the development and creation of internal-facing materials, owning all phases of the design process, and meeting with stakeholders.

Requirements

• Ability to own all phases of design including brainstorming, concepting, creation of design, and production
• Demonstrates graphic design skills across a variety of formats and project types
• Follows through on projects, ensuring on-time delivery of content as defined by the client
• Manages project hours and timelines using Asana or other project management tools
• Conduct evaluations and self-assessments to ensure continuous improvement
• Review project metrics and maintain target results
