RESPONSIBILITIES

You support our medical specialist staff in caring for our corporate customers in our practices and at a major customer in Rheda-Wiedenbrück.

You take over the planning and implementation of occupational medical examinations, such as eye and hearing tests, stress ECGs, and lung function tests as well as blood sampling and vaccination advice.

Using and maintaining our occupational medical software to manage customer and order data is also part of your tasks.

You are responsible for the preparation and follow-up of documents and certificates as well as the arrangement and coordination of customer appointments.

WHAT WE WANT

You have completed a successful vocational training as a medical assistant, nurse or equivalent.

You have already gained work experience, preferably in occupational medicine.

You have a driving license of class B and are happy to be mobile on the go occasionally.

You bring a high affinity for IT and are enthusiastic about your strong customer service orientation.

Your work style is characterized by independence and structure.

You appreciate collaboration in an interdisciplinary team.

You are motivated to face the diverse specific requirements of occupational medicine.
