Job Description
The Operations Lead (OL) is a full-time position reporting to the Operations Manager, focused on maintaining store processes, ensuring sales compliance, and providing excellent customer service. This role involves opening, closing, training, delegation, and handling store operations. The OL works in a warehouse-format store environment and requires flexibility in scheduling and willingness to lift heavy loads.
Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- High School Diploma/Equivalent
- Background Check
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Ability to lift at least 50 lbs and team lift 100 lbs
- Ability to stand or walk for prolonged periods
- Reliable with attention to detail
- Strong teamwork & communication skills
