Job Description
The Operations Lead (OL) is responsible for managing store processes, ensuring high standards of quality and customer satisfaction, and providing expertise in all operations areas. This role focuses on training, delegation, and team leadership, with a strong emphasis on ethical conduct, safety, and compliance. The OL will oversee store opening, closing, and day-to-day operations, coordinating with the Operations Manager to maximize productivity and drive sales.
Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- High School Diploma/Equivalent
- Excellent verbal, written, and comprehension skills
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.

- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
