Job Description
The Operations Lead oversees store processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and a positive customer experience. This role involves all store operations, including opening/closing, staffing, training, delegation, and ensuring a safe and efficient work environment. The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader focused on team effectiveness, productivity, and profit.
Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- High School Diploma/Equivalent
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift 50-100lbs (and team lift up to 100lbs)
- Reliability and trustworthiness
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
