The Operations Lead is responsible for overseeing store processes, ensuring operational readiness, and providing expertise in all aspects of store management, including training, delegation, and adherence to company standards. The role focuses on driving sales, maximizing team effectiveness, and fostering a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- High School Diploma/Equivalent
- Clear verbal, written, and comprehension skills
- Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and some holidays
- Ability to lift at least 50 lbs or team lift 100 lbs
- Reliable and trustworthy role model for ethical behavior
