Job Description
The Operations Lead (Part-Time) supports store processes, ensures a culture of ethics and safety, and drives sales. This role involves store opening/closing, training, delegation, customer satisfaction, inventory control, and operational efficiency. The OL ensures the store runs effectively and profitably.
Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- High School Diploma/Equivalent
- Background Check
- Excellent verbal, written, and comprehension skills
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
- Ability to use hands for object manipulation
- Reliable and trustworthy
