Job Description
This Operations Lead position for a Home Décor retailer focuses on maintaining store operations, ensuring efficient execution of sales standards, and driving customer engagement. The role involves store opening/closing, training, delegation, customer satisfaction, inventory control, safety, and overall store profitability. The position requires a proactive individual comfortable with multiple shifts including nights and weekends.
Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- High School Diploma/Equivalent
- Strong communication skills (verbal, written, comprehension)
- Ability to work flexible schedules
- Ability to lift 50-100 lbs, or team lift 100 lbs
- Attention to detail and a sense of urgency
- Reliability and trustworthiness
