Job Description

The Operations Lead will oversee store processes, ensuring adherence to company standards, driving sales, and maintaining a safe, ethical, and compliant environment. The role involves day-to-day store operations including opening/closing, team management, and inventory control.
Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- High School Diploma/Equivalent
- Clear communication skills (verbal, written, comprehension)
- Flexible schedule (nights, weekends, holidays)
- Ability to lift 50lbs or team lift 100lbs
