Job Description
The Zone Lead (ZL) will support the visual merchandising efforts of designated zones, ensuring adherence to company standards and driving sales. This role involves overseeing tasks like planning, in-store promotions, and maintaining store appearance to maximize customer engagement and profitability. The ZL is responsible for team training and continuous improvement.
