Job Description
The Zone Lead is responsible for supporting merchandising in designated zones, ensuring visual standards are upheld, and influencing store team members to become knowledgeable about visual merchandising. The role involves planning, execution, and contributing to financial/business data analysis. The Zone Lead will manage tasks, maintain store cleanliness and organize goods, and ensure exceptional customer and employee experience.
Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- High School Diploma/Equivalent
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to lift 50-100 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and interpretations of visual merchandising
