Job Description
The Part-Time Zone Lead (ZL) supports merchandising in designated zones to maintain a positive sales culture and visual standards. The ZL focuses on ensuring visual aspects align with company standards, offering expertise in visual merchandising, merchandising techniques, and execution. They influence store teams to implement visual standards and maintain a clean, organized store environment.
Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- High School Diploma/Equivalent
- Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, comprehension)
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
- Ability to lift at least 50 lbs.
- Attention to detail and understanding of visual merchandising principles
