Management Associate

We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Management Associate to join our Digital & People team, providing direct exposure to senior leadership and strategic decision-making while supporting high-impact projects across multiple functions.

Requirements

• Support the Organisational Development Director on strategic initiatives, operational priorities, and board-level projects.
• Take ownership of defined workstreams, driving them from concept through to delivery under senior guidance.
• Support organisational change and transformation initiatives, including process improvement, capability development, and operating model evolution.
• Coordinate and deliver cross-functional projects that drive growth, efficiency, and innovation.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and briefings for senior stakeholders and external partners.
• Participate in key leadership meetings, ensuring actions and follow-ups are captured and progressed.
• Monitor business performance, analyse data, and provide insights to support informed decision-making.
• Collaborate with sales and account management teams to support new client onboarding and project launches.
• Act as a connector across teams, ensuring strong communication and alignment between local and global stakeholders.
