We are looking for an IT MAC Support Technician to support and maintain our corporate Apple ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have good experience with Mac laptops, iPhone, and iPad devices, ensuring seamless operation, security compliance, and a corporate env. oriented end-user experience across the organisation.
Requirements
- Vocational training in Information Technology or similar subject
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or a similar subject (strong asset)
- At least 5 years of relevant work experience
- Proven experience supporting Apple, and Microsoft, devices in a corporate environment
- Extensive knowledge of macOS, iOS, and iPadOS
- Experience with Mobile Device Management (MDM) platforms
- Understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN)
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and enterprise identity management
- Apple certifications (e.g., Apple Device Support, Apple Deployment and Management) (asset)
- Experience with Jamf and Microsoft Intune (asset)
- Knowledge of endpoint security tools (asset)
- Other IT Certifications (asset)
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and customer service orientation
- Ability to manage multiple support tickets in a structured environment
- Candidates must be eligible to live and work in the EU
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
