Manager, Operations

Athena is looking for a Manager, Operations to join their team. The Manager, Operations plays a key role in driving efficiency, collaboration, and clarity within the Brand Communications team for a major telecommunications client.

Requirements

• Support the operational leadership of a team of project managers, helping manage workload allocation, priorities, and cross-functional alignment.
• Partner with client leadership to unify workflows and processes across the department to ensure effective project delivery.
• Maintain and evolve team operations, striking the right balance between structure and flexibility to support operational excellence of the department.
• Support team meetings and communications and foster a strong team culture built on collaboration, clarity, and accountability.
• Identify opportunities to streamline systems and tools to improve visibility and productivity
• Manage ongoing operational needs such as scheduling, documentation, team planning, and budgeting.
