Job Description
Athena is seeking a highly skilled Print Production Manager to oversee the production of high-quality marketing and collateral materials. The role involves leading production planning, managing vendors, ensuring on-time delivery, and providing expert recommendations on print processes. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with strong project management and communication skills.
Requirements
- 5+ years of print production, print management, or marketing production experience (agency or in-house environment preferred)
- Deep knowledge of printing processes, materials, and finishing techniques
- Proven ability to manage multiple vendors, bids, and large-scale projects simultaneously
- Strong project management, budgeting, and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
