Product Operations Manager- Data and Ecosystem Platform

Join athenahealth as a Product Operations Manager to drive strategy, execution, and operational excellence across a portfolio of high-impact features that power our Data & Ecosystem Platform. As part of athenahealth's mission to build a connected, scalable, and future-ready healthcare platform, you'll support a portfolio of features that enable frictionless integration across providers, payers, labs, and public health systems; drive open ecosystem innovation through APIs and partner solutions; and leverage data-driven insights to improve clinical and operational outcomes in value-based care.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree required
• 7-10 years overall professional experience, with 3-5 years in product operations, product management, or related fields
• Strong knowledge of product management and/or applicable healthcare domains (revenue cycle, EHR, population health, patient engagement)
• Understanding and experience with interoperability, integrations, value-based care, and leveraging payer connections preferred
• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and SDLC best practices
• Highly self-driven, with the ability to teach and learn at a fast pace
• Skilled in cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management across multiple zones
• Uses data and metrics to inform prioritization and process improvements
• Communicates effectively across teams and with cross-functional partners (e.g., release readiness, product analytics, UX)
• Contributes to customer-centric planning and execution
• Experience with client communications in a B2B setting preferred
