Senior Associate, Product Management

As a Senior Associate, Product Management, you will play a critical role in driving product design, development, and deployment of workflows and services related to our electronic health record product.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required
• 1-3 years of product management experience
• 2-5 years working across cross-functional teams
• Intellectual curiosity and creative problem-solving skills
• Experience with analytics and data-driven decision-making
• Demonstrates professional proficiency in leveraging AI tools and technologies to enhance product strategy, optimize decision-making, and drive innovation throughout the product lifecycle
• Background in engineering, UI/UX design, customer service, or customer success preferred
• Familiarity with product management best practices, including agile development, preferred
