Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• More than 10 years of experience leading teams within a product-focused company, demonstrating expertise in modern object-oriented programming languages such as Java and.Net, cloud architectures including AWS and Azure, relational databases, and a variety of technologies such as modern JavaScript frameworks.
• Proven ability to lead, nurture and professionally develop employees, maximize individual potential, and leverage a strong understanding of team dynamics to create opportunities for growth and learning.
