Senior Product Manager

Join athenahealth as a Senior Product Manager to drive the vision, strategy, and execution of unified CI/CD pipeline services using Harness for all R&D teams. You will own and develop the product lifecycle management of a unified Harness-based CI/CD pipeline platform for all teams across athenahealth.

Requirements

• Proven experience (8+ years) in Product Management ideally focused on developer tools, DevOps/DevSecOps, CI/CD pipelines, or platform services.
• Understanding of CI/CD concepts and knowledge on the use of Harness or similar pipeline tools (Jenkins, GitLab, Azure DevOps).
• Notable technical acumen around software development lifecycle, infrastructure as code, testing automation, and containerization.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders including engineering teams, security, and business partners in a collaborative environment.
• Experience driving adoption of technical platforms or products at scale within an enterprise setting.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into product strategy and business value.
• Familiarity with security compliance frameworks relevant to healthcare or highly regulated environments is a plus.
