Athora is seeking a Data Management Specialist to join their central data management team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in improving data quality and information provision, guiding and coaching colleagues on data quality, governance, and awareness.

Requirements

• Coaching colleagues in applying and optimizing data governance and quality standards
• Acting as a point of contact and sparring partner for data stewards and business users
• Developing guidelines, training, and best practices around data management
• Identifying data usage bottlenecks and guiding improvement trajectories
• Promoting data-driven thinking within the organization
