Job Description
Atlan is looking for a Creative Director to shape the future of how the company shows up to the world, evolving its brand identity for the AI era and building creative systems to lead an entire category.
Requirements
- 8+ years in design or creative leadership roles
- 4+ years leading creative teams or agencies
- Expertise across brand, digital, campaign, and experiential design
- Hands-on fluency in Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, and modern creative and AI-enabled tools
- Demonstrated ability to use AI to accelerate creative workflows
- Proven ability to translate business strategy into world-class creative storytelling
- Experience building scalable brand systems that balance creativity with consistency
- Collaborative leadership style
- Player-coach mindset
