Director of Occupational Therapy

The Director of Occupational Therapy is responsible for leading, developing, and overseeing the Occupational Therapy (OT) program, providing direct clinical services, monitoring and measuring clinical outcomes, and maintaining excellence in all aspects of the occupational therapy program.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy
• Current state licensure and certification in OT
• Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role
• 3 years experience as OT
• Frequent travel to various center locations may be required
• May involve weekend or evening work depending on operational needs
