Job Description
The Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) is a critical leadership role within Hackettstown and Newton Medical Center (Western Region), responsible for the delivery of nursing services, education, and research. The CNO will guide strategic initiatives, prioritize patient safety and quality, and foster a collaborative environment. They will also advocate for nurses and contribute to team development.
Requirements
- Experience in creating and leading quality and safety programs.
- Advanced knowledge of nursing leadership and strategic thinking.
- Extensive clinical nursing and management experience.
