Requirements
- Effectively prioritizes and assigns emergency and non-emergency calls.
- Maintains accurate and timely tracking of units and company vehicles.
- Expedited review trip requests and scheduling schedules.
- Conducts status checks on crews and escalates concerns appropriately.
- Proficient in using CAD Dispatch systems and data entry.
- Follows all policies and procedures of the Federal Communications Commission and the New Jersey State Department of Health.
