Requirements
- Maintain accurate health care records and reports.
- Administer medications to patients and monitor for side effects.
- Prescribe assistive medical devices and treatments.
- Monitor, report, and record patient conditions.
- Assess, implement, plan, or evaluate patient nursing care plans.
- Record patient vital signs and medical information.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
