Requirements
- Minimum of 2-3 years as a maintenance technician in apartment complexes or townhomes
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in carpentry, plumbing, electrical, general maintenance
- Manual dexterity and strong problem-solving skills
- Basic computer skills for maintenance ticketing and workflow management
- Ability to stand, sit, bend, crouch, stretch, life, carry, lift and/or move objects over 5lbs.
