The Universal Banker role requires delivering best-in-class customer experience, sales/service solutions, and handling teller transactions. The teammate must create a positive customer relationship by effectively communicating the benefits of Atlantic Union Bank's products and services.

Requirements

• Create customer loyalty through needs-based conversations
• Develop and maintain knowledge of bank products and services
• Proficiency in digital channel technology
• Drive proactive sales conversations through internal and external interactions
• Acquire new customers through prospecting efforts
• Promote the branch's overall growth through customer development and retention
• Partner with other lines of business to identify customer needs
• Uncover and provide solutions for lending needs
• Serve as a contact for customer problem resolution
• Review individual performance via scorecard and make necessary adjustments
• Perform teller functions and cash transactions
• Balance cash each day
• Adhere to all applicable laws and regulations governing bank operations
• Manage risk through adherence to all policies and procedures
• Perform complex branch operational duties as assigned
• Ensure that all required training is successfully completed
