Optician

Atlantic Vision Partners is seeking an Optician to join their team. The Optician will design, measure, fit, and adapt lenses and frames for clients according to written optical prescriptions or specifications. They will also assist clients with selecting frames and work directly with customers to help meet all their eyewear needs.

Requirements

• Dependable transportation required to travel to other offices as required
• Ability to pay attention to detail
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• High School diploma or GED, associate degree preferred
• Prefer completion of optician apprenticeship and certification through the American Board of Opticianry
• Ability to perform essential functions of the position with or without accommodation
• Excellent verbal communication skills
