Electrical Supervisor

Atlas Energy Solutions Inc. is seeking an Electrical Supervisor to lead electrical aspects of building and maintaining a 42-mile conveyor system, adhering to OSHA and MSHA standards. The role involves designing new electrical equipment, leading a team of field electricians, and reviewing electrical schematics and drawings.

Requirements

• Lead a team in safety complying with OSHA, MSHA, and Atlas policies and procedures
• Work with outside Engineering firms to design new electrical equipment
• Travel to various vendor locations and for audits and meetings
• Review and understand electrical schematics, drawings, and layouts
• Lead a team of field electricians on day-to-day tasks
• Review and approve time sheets, vacation requests, POs, and invoices
• Attend training and certification courses required by the company
• Developing, maintaining, and reporting on budgets for OPEX and CAPEX
• Engaging with third-party vendors for quotes and lead times
• Comply with OSHA and MSHA standards and annual testing on electrical equipment
• Plan, staff, and organize field/shop positions
• Interact with project management, engineering, estimating, and planning to ensure work complies with contract requirements
• Responsible for resolving direct report's issues
• Assist in obtaining personnel through Human Resources/Recruiting or network
• Assess work completion and create punch lists
• Advise senior level supervision of potential problems and assist in circumventing/resolving such problems
