Job Description
Atlas Healthcare Partners is seeking a Director - Revenue Cycle Management to lead the operational effectiveness and performance improvement of revenue cycle services across its national ambulatory surgery center portfolio.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Accounting, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in ASC, hospital-based, or physician practice revenue cycle operations
- Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills with the ability to influence across departments and drive results in a matrixed environment
