Job Description
ATLAS SP is seeking a Vice President, HR Technology to lead and manage technology solutions that enable the Human Resources function. The ideal candidate will be an experienced HR technology professional with a strong understanding of HR processes and hands-on experience managing and optimizing core HR systems.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in HR technology roles
- Strong functional and technical understanding of HR systems and processes
- Hands-on experience with several HR applications, including Oracle HCM, ADP, Papaya Global, Greenhouse, HireRight, Concur, and e-learning solutions
- Strong knowledge of HR business processes including onboarding, payroll, benefits administration, performance management, and compliance
- Experience managing system integrations and data flows across HR, Finance, and IT environments
- Proven ability to troubleshoot system issues, coordinate with vendors, and ensure uptime and user satisfaction
