Junior Customer Operations Executive

Atlas is building an operating system for restaurants and is seeking a Junior Customer Operations Executive to handle end-to-end onboarding for new merchants, resolve issues, and drive customer satisfaction. This role involves building relationships, managing logistics, and providing excellent customer support.

• Proven experience dealing with customers or managing outstanding customer requests.
• Proven experience managing projects or projects.
• Familiarity with CRM systems.
