Requirements

• Sourcing, interviewing and managing candidates for multilingual positions across Europe.
• Managing assigned vacancies in collaboration with Atlean World.
• Conducting pre-screening and interview processes to evaluate candidate suitability.
• Presenting shortlisted candidates to Atlean World internal recruitment team.
• Maintaining candidate communication throughout the hiring process to ensure engagement and satisfaction.
• Fluency in English.
• Prior experience in recruitment, sales, or the BPO industry.
• Entrepreneurial and proactive mindset, comfortable working independently.
• Familiarity with digital recruitment tools and social media platforms.
