Attorney - Regulatory

Assist in the development and execution of regulatory legal strategy in support of natural gas distribution utility operations in eight states and an intrastate pipeline located in Texas. Provide advice and counsel to management regarding legal and regulatory issues, draft and review contracts, and direct outside counsel and expert witnesses in regulatory proceedings.

Requirements

• Four-year undergraduate degree and law degree from an accredited school
• Licensed to practice law in a jurisdiction of the United States
• Four years of professional legal experience
